Who we serve today · Retailers
One Tap Commerce brings the catalog, the orders, the payments and the back office together, and One Tap Media handles the marketing that fills the stores. Here’s what each does for a retailer today, and how to start.
The problem
Furniture is catalog-heavy and special-order-heavy. A retailer may sell from a large catalog, take deposits, order from vendors, receive freight, schedule deliveries and answer for all of it across several showrooms. When each step lives in a different system, someone ends up retyping the same information into a spreadsheet.
We built One Tap Commerce so the catalog, the orders and the work around them live on one database. We built One Tap Media so the same retailer has someone senior to bring in the customers.

In practice
Best Buy Furniture was the first business to run on One Tap Commerce. Its catalog feeds the storefront, its orders flow into the platform and its quotes go out with pay-by-link. A first-party pixel and a style quiz run on its site.
Best Buy Furniture is an independent business, and JT Dill-Gular is a partner in it. We also serve as fractional CMO to a multi-location furniture retailer.
Getting started
Tell us about your stores
Book a demo and tell One Tap Commerce about your locations, your catalog and the systems you use now.
Get the free audit
If marketing or technology is the weak spot, start with the 48-hour audit of both.
Choose where to begin
Some retailers start with the platform, some with the marketing and some with both. We’ll help you choose the right starting point.
