A One Tap company
One Tap Commerce puts the catalog, the register, orders, payments and delivery on one system and one database. It’s built for how furniture actually sells, instead of a patchwork of vendors held together with spreadsheets.
Catalog, register, orders, delivery and the books, on one system and one database, built for how furniture actually sells.
The platform
Furniture retail asks a lot of its software: a large catalog, special orders placed with manufacturers, deposits, several showrooms, a warehouse and delivery routes. One Tap Commerce keeps all of it on one database, so the catalog, the orders and the work around them stay in step.
It’s built for independent showrooms, for multi-location furniture retailers and for retailers moving off older systems, and it’s designed to work for more than one kind of retail.
Best Buy Furniture was the first business to run on One Tap Commerce, and it’s where the platform has been proven in day-to-day use: its catalog, its orders and its quotes. Best Buy Furniture is an independent business, and JT Dill-Gular is a partner in it.
Modules
Live: in production use today. In development: built or being finished, rolling out next.
- Live
Catalog & PIM
Manufacturer catalogs are brought onto the platform and projected into a retailer’s storefront. A retailer’s own edits to a product survive the next catalog sync, so cleaning up a listing isn’t undone by an update. Brand catalogs are supported on request, and this catalog feeds Best Buy Furniture’s storefront today.
- In development
Point of sale
A full register for the sales floor: split tender, deposits, layaway, a cash drawer, exchanges and commissions. It’s built and has been demonstrated end to end, with showroom rollout next.
- Live
Orders & payments
Web orders flow in from the storefront, and special orders, purchase orders cut automatically from them, order notes, quotes and an abandoned-cart console all live in one place. Quotes go out with a pay-by-link that runs through the retailer’s own payment account, including digital wallets such as Apple Pay.
- In development
In-store kiosk
An installable kiosk app for showroom screens, with device sign-in and a studio inside the console for setting it up. It’s built, with showroom rollout next.
- In development
Delivery & logistics
Source-hub routing recommendations show where an order should ship from, with a selectable origin, and live freight quotes come back from multiple carriers. Carrier booking comes next, and delivery runs for a retailer’s own fleet are built.
Around the modules
- Live
Inventory & purchasing
Stock a retailer holds stays separate from what vendors say they have available, including availability across a supplier’s several warehouses, and receiving works by dock appointment.
- Live
Analytics & attribution
A first-party pixel on the storefront feeds a live visitor map and mirrors events to Google Analytics 4. It also gives a person-level view of abandoned carts, with first and last touch recorded on each customer.
- Live
Email & style quiz
Email campaigns run from the platform for Best Buy Furniture, and a style quiz runs on its storefront.
- In development
Accounting
A general ledger, payables and payment runs, bank reconciliation and period close, built and deployed.

An SEO and marketing center inside the console, built to work for every retailer on the platform.
