Our model
One Tap Group is founder-led. JT Dill-Gular founded it and leads it, and the group exists for one purpose: starting companies and running them well.
We build new companies from specific problems, operate them with the same playbooks, systems and technology, and partner with operators who bring us an opportunity. Each company has its own customers and its own focus, and each draws on what the others have learned in the field.
We intend to keep doing that for a long time, in more places than we operate today, and we’ll introduce each new company when it’s ready.

Our first companies grew out of work in and around furniture retail, where we could see the problems up close and test our answers in working businesses. Software for stores, marketing and technology leadership for growing businesses, and a network for the furniture trade came out of that work.
It’s where we started, and the model is built to travel.

Our founder, JT Dill-Gular, is a partner in Best Buy Furniture, and it remains a separate business from the group.
